As you can see by looking at the distance from UF and the distance from NFRMC, deciding which location they would rather lived closer to shouldn't be a huge problem since they are both located relatively close to one another. Looking locations based on age or home value, both favor south west of NFRMC and UF. I believe home value should be considered more important than age. Looking at the data for median home value there are only 2 areas where home value is high, most areas range between $40,000 and $60,000. The husband and wife are both educated professionals that should make enough money to afford a home far greater than $60,000. Personally, again speaking from having redneck neighbors, a higher priced home normally means less rednecks, itcould also mean a larger track of land around the home.

ReplyDeleteI agree that age could be put lower than house value... maybe they have a lot of debt? :)
